We had not anticipated the September East Coast hurricane that changed everything. In spite of the turmoil the unknown can bring, April and Brian remained calm. When they looked at each other, their love was steadfast and true. It reminded me of something Elizabeth Messina said:
….but we went through the bumps & made it out the other side….together….perhaps that’s why i am so grateful now…the world is full of pain & hardship but our home is a place where i feel safe….& when we are together i feel at home….
And I realized that on their wedding day, they were not only getting married. They'd come home.
April carries a bouquet of white cymbidium and dendrobium orchids bound with a white double faced satin ribbon
