Do you ever come across a photograph and feel a flood of memories overwhelm you? Moments stolen or forgotten of a particular vignette, frozen by your perception of that time. When you linger over each image, do you remember the pungent smells, the textures and the tears or even the laughter that made up that split second - captured forever by a camera? I do.
Bouquet Designed by Nikki J Begg, Creative Director @ Petals
The images taken by Jose Villa at The Flowerwild workshop Amanda and I attended back in March in Palm Springs, California are to be featured today on Once Wed. They have just arrived via Drop Box and in doing so, awoke a treasure trove of memories from what feels like an eternity ago. I vividly recall the profusion of amazing bouquets we made, but above all, I remember the incredible group of women, each with an insatiable curiosity and a love of floral design, absolutely in their element, doing what they most love. Everything flowers.
We had all travelled from across the globe to attend the workshop
