Our fridge is mostly bare on Tuesday's. We have to turn clients away. The disappointment is palpable - like having a deep thirst for Chocolate Milk at midnight, going to the fridge, and finding the carton empty. But hopefully not any more! Due to demand we are now receiving a shipment, from the far reaches of the earth, with the promise of everything delicate, colourful and beautiful, and arriving on a Tuesday.
